Get it all on one page
When your boss or your client asks for it all on one page, they are asking for distilled thought. They want the key message without distracting detail. Don’t use a small font or clever layout to get more words on one page. Your user is not short on paper; they are short on time and head space. Provide just the big idea and perhaps a few considerations. If it strikes a chord with your reader, they’ll ask for any extra details they need.
