Busy readers may not read everything
You cannot be sure people will read everything you have written. Busy readers aren’t being lazy or irresponsible when they stop reading. They are just looking for the information they need and are then keen to move onto other tasks. So make it easy to find important information by putting it at the beginning. Clear talking headings can help users scan to find the content they need.
