To write a strategy you must first have an intent
A strategy document describes ‘how’ you will achieve something. But it has no value if it doesn’t describe ‘what’ it is you will achieve. Begin your strategy document by clearly articulating your intent, ‘what’ you will do and ‘why’ achieving these things is important. Strategy documents that are unrelated to purpose are empty noise.
