Think-write writes ‘functional documents‘. That is, we write documents that people use to do something.
When writing these documents we focus simultaneously on
- meeting the needs of the user, and
- achieving the organisation’s purpose in writing.
To develop these documents we
- organise content in a way that makes sense to the reader, and
- write using plain language.
We work on any idea that can be expressed in words, but typically focus on
Consultation and information documents
